The foster family of a Carlisle girl is seeking the public’s help after their 16-year-old daughter didn’t come home from watching rugby practice Tuesday night at Mooreland Elementary School, police said.
Samantha Starr, 16, of the 500 block of West Penn Street, left to watch the practice about 5:30 p.m., police said.
Samantha called her family to tell them she’d be home a bit past her 8 p.m. curfew. When she didn’t arrive home by 9:30, the family contacted police.
Samantha is 4 feet, 11 inches tall, about 110 pounds with long brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing white shorts with a hole in the right leg, a black tank top and black Airwalk sneakers.
Anyone with knowledge of Samantha’s whereabouts can call police at 717-243-5252.
